DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

Article 1 – Subject
This agreement determines the delivery of the sold product and the rights and obligations of the parties within the scope of Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Article 2 – Parties

Buyer: The person who is a member of www.tubelsonglinforce.com. The address and contact information specified in the membership details shall be taken as basis.

Article 3 – Product Information
The type, quantity, model, price, and payment method of the products are specified during the order process.

Article 4 – General Provisions
4.1 The Buyer accepts and declares that they have read and approved the basic characteristics, price, and delivery information of the product.
4.2 Products are delivered within a maximum of 30 days. This period may be extended by an additional 10 days.
4.3 If the product is delivered to a third party and that person does not accept it, the seller shall not be held responsible.
4.4 The seller is obliged to deliver the products complete and with an invoice.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
5.1 The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product.
5.2 Notification for the right of withdrawal must be made via e-mail, application, or phone.
5.3 Returned products must be sent complete, unused, together with the invoice and shipping report.
5.4 The free shipping minimum limit is 2,500 TRY, excluding bodywork, lighting, and trim products.
5.5 If the order amount falls below 2,500 TRY after the return, round-trip shipping costs shall be deducted from the refund amount.
5.6 In discretionary returns of undamaged products, shipping costs belong to the Buyer.
5.7 Returns exceeding 14 days are not accepted.

Article 6 – Resolution of Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located at the seller’s place of residence are authorized.

Completion of the order means acceptance of all the terms of this agreement.
