• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

• All our products are shipped in their original packaging and with secure wrapping.

DELIVERY TIME

• Your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
  (This time period may vary in rural areas.)

SHIPPING COMPANY USED

• Your orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo, our contracted shipping company.

• The shipping company and tracking number will be sent to you via email/SMS after your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING FEE

• Shipping is free on all orders.

• Shipping fees may change during campaign periods; details will be announced on the main page.

THINGS TO NOTE DURING DELIVERY

• Please check your package upon delivery.

• Do not accept damaged or opened packages and return them to the delivery person, having them prepare a report.
